12 Days of Christmas Workout

I created this workout because I thought it would be fun, festive and easy. It turned out to just be festive. Before we started the workout, Amanda and I agreed we both wanted to get a good workout in so we would probably have to do my “fun & easy” workout 3 times. We were wrong. Halfway through ONE we were both drenched with sweat and I was barely able to keep getting back up in plank position. 


I would also like to take a moment to point out that Amanda did all 12-one minute planks while singing along to Christmas carols without stopping. I’m pretty proud that she is my friend… is your best friend a superhero? Didn’t think so.


The 12 Days of Christmas Workout is done just like the song is sung. Start with the first day, move to the second, repeat the first day and so forth. The workout is typed out below. Have fun and maybe hydrate and nourish yourself with eggnog and cookies afterwards.
