Most days, I just don’t feel like exercising. I have my moments where I feel awesome, but the morning we did this extremely moderate workout, I just wasn’t feeling it. I can be pretty melodramatic when I’m doing something I don’t want to do.

 

Sometimes I watch workout DVDs and I think “There is no freaking way they aren’t doing outtakes.” Then I watch a video I record with Amanda and realize that people like Amanda just don’t stop. She keeps going and makes her own energy. She is a great role model for me and I hope for you too!
