Apple Cranberry Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients
- ½ cup of old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp of dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put the oats in the blender and grind until it turns to powder.
- Add applesauce and egg white. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Drop tablespoons of batter on the sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits begin to brown on top.
