Apple Cranberry Breakfast Biscuits

  • ½ cup of old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp of dried cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put the oats in the blender and grind until it turns to powder.
  3. Add applesauce and egg white. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fold in cranberries.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Drop tablespoons of batter on the sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits begin to brown on top.
