White Christmas Holiday Bark

My Dad’s favorite Christmas movie was White Christmas. He would watch it over and over and over again. If he wasn’t watching the VHS, he was singing the song, LOUD and CLEAR. I remember rolling my eyes over and over and over again.
I have been watching White Christmas every year since my Dad passed away.

Bacon Caramel Holiday Bark

I remember when I first heard about chocolate-covered bacon. A friend told me about it and followed it up with “Doesn’t that sound gross?” I quickly agreed, but then I thought about it. Sea Salted Caramel Fudge Bites

I think my obsession with sea salted caramel and chocolate started around the same time I started my Pinterest account. Salt and sugar come together in one harmonious treat. Perfection. It doesn’t get any better.

Chicken Meatballs
I cheat and use jarred sauce because it makes this recipe that much quicker. These meatballs are so simple, yet so tasty.

Fresh Strawberry Pie

The alterations I’ve made to this recipe over time unintentionally took it to under 200 calories a slice. It’s not by any means healthy, it has shortening and sugar and like most things in the world, should be eaten in moderation.
I don’t completely know the origin of this recipe, but it is not something I created.
