When Mr. Fitness and I moved into our house, we immediately started painting. I quickly realized that I hate painting and it makes me extremely whiny. Paella is one of Mr. Fitness’ favorite dishes. He loves to order it out when we visit his dad in North Jersey. I wanted to surprise him for so long by making it on my own, but saffron is so expensive. It also seems like an intimidating dish. I sucked it up and bought the saffron and this came out great!
I found this recipe on Pinterest and was feeling ambitious on a weeknight. It was so easy and Mr. Fitness-approved. He requests this all the time. In fact, it’s in my oven right now.
Again, Mr. Fitness-approved. It freezes well and is very easy. Great to throw in the slow cooker for a football party.
I think most people are afraid to make risotto. It seems intimidating, but it is just time consuming. Don’t be afraid!
This is so easy and so good. I first had it a friend’s, Andrea, dinner party and Mr. Fitness devoured it. He, himself asked for the recipe. Andrea said “okay, but it sounds really gross.” The ingredient list looks gross, but you are just going to have to trust me on this. It’s delicious!
I love making soup in the slow cooker on a Sunday and then freezing it in individual servings to take for lunches. This recipe is great for that. It’s easy and flavorful! Whenever I heat it up, my co-workers always comment on how good it smells.
Pumpkin rolls used to seem extremely intimidating to me, but then I tried this recipe and now I’m a pro!
I made this for party favors once and people went wild. It’s very easy and only requires a microwave!
Again, I made this for the same party that I made the Chex mix for and people went crazy over it.
I know, you are probably already drooling. I love to make these for a party for 2 reasons; 1. It makes it harder for me to eat the entire tray and 2. I think people love me more when I make these brownies. I’m not kidding, these brownies will be the star of the party.
I will eat these all day long if I could.
I made this last year for a Christmas function and people couldn’t stop eating them, including myself. They taste similar to the girl scout Peanut Butter Patties. And they’re so easy, you can’t beat that.
