This is a quick ab workout that targets lower abs and obliques. Amanda and I recorded this after the Buddy Up! workout. Regardless, we (really just me) were very tired and that’s why I’m complaining about how tired my legs are during an ab workout.  There were moments I just laid there when Amanda wasn’t looking. Eh, it happens. Stop judging me. You would do it too if you worked out with a robot, especially Amandobot. 

What’s it like exercising with Amandobot, you ask? Well, it’s not easy but it is a lot of fun. Amandobot and I usually record our workouts late on Sunday mornings. If Amandobot creates the workout, I have no idea what I’m getting into, but I’m always happy to spend time with her at the gym.
