I like that this workout works the entire core instead of just targeting the frontside (abs). I pretty much felt it all the way around my core, like a corset!! Great workout

Did you make the music with the talking or did you get it somewhere. I have been watching but when i tried timeing myself was more of a workout lol.

Hey Julianne! Download the app called Workout Trainer by Skimble. Amanda puts all the workouts in there and it will do the timing and talking for you
