Simple Shrimp Garden Salad

The salad bar at a local grocery store is easily my quick and healthy lunch on the weekends. This said grocery store also has a decent seafood selection with steamed shrimp made to order. It’s convenient and always hits the spot. Salad bars always remind me how much I love peas in my salad. It’s one of my favorite toppings and I always freaken forget about it. I even keep peas in my freezer at all times.

Several of you have been asking for recipe of the salad I’ve been posting on social media. It is super easy! The salad is simply just ingredients I tossed together in a bowl that made a delicious combination. Shrimp, peas and eggs are one of my favorite conversations. Remember my Shrimp & Egg Salad? It’s filled with lots of different textures and pops of flavors, it’s easy to not get bored with it.

Don’t feel limited to only these toppings. Carrots, cucumbers and any other vegetable would also be a great addition. Get creative and let me know if you find a new topping that makes this salad.

  • I’ve been craving this since you posted it on Monday! Do you have a good yogurt base ranch dressing recipe? :)

  • I just started eating shrimp, and this looks like a delicious way to try some more!

  • […] I’m still not feeling meat, but I’ve been all over seafood. I rocked salads last week. Really rocked it. I bought the same ingredients as I used last week except a different dressing and I don’t plan on using guacamole this time around either. I’m switching it up a little bit with green olives and a honey mustard dressing this time. I posted the recipe here. […]
