I created this workout because I USED to think trampolines were fun. WELL, they get increasingly difficult with age. This had serious intensity! My heart rate stayed in the 160-range almost the entire time. As for Amanda, she is unstoppable. I wish she would just confess to me that’s she is a robot. I already know. It’s the elephant in the room. I wouldn’t tell anyone. Except you, of course, I would tell you and Mr. Fitness since he doesn’t read the blog (true story).
