Warm Cinnamon Bun Dip

  • ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  1. Put the cottage cheese, pudding mix and almond milk in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Once blended, mix in the cinnamon by hand.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 30 seconds to make the dip warm, but not hot.
  4. Serve with apples or graham crackers.

  • Hello there! I just discovered your website and I tried this recipe out for myself and my mom. It turned out great! So yummy! The only thing I did differently was I added a bit of vanilla extract to the dip. So yummy! Thank you for the recipe.
